Enlightenment

On 13th Aug 2016, I woke up at 6:00 am and started pranayam after 20-30 min of pranayam, I started doing meditation. Last week only I heard about enlightenment and wanted to experience that. I started focusing myself between eye brows. I'm not sure after how many minutes, suddenly i felt a burst of  energy started between my eyebrows and traveled to my every parts of body it shook my entire body. I felt 3-4 times after that, looks like, my all senses was shutdown; i did not feel my body i no longer control my breath; and then i felt that in front of me a very bright light appeared. I had few question about life and somehow I started getting answer to all my questions. I was feeling very happy. I was completely in different dimension. I didn't know where i was.  When I came back to my existence i saw it was already 1 hour over since when i had started meditating and i thought i was like this for 5-10 mins only.
After this event my life has completely changed it seems. I am new person now. I see things differently now, i can focus on anything better now. I no longer show anger even though person in front of me is angry. I tried to reply in anger but i could do that i know it was not logical but this is what i become after enlightenment.
A Happy Person.

Happy New Year 2012!

There are three kind of person who thinks differently on new year eve.
One, who feels happy that the year is going and hopes things will be good in new year.
another, who does not care and thinks it was just another year and new year would be the same.
and third, who do not want to lose the year as there was something he/she will never get in new year.

First type of person, has some disappointments that he could not do things he wished to do... and happy to carry forward his/her dream to new year. Makes some new year resolution. (only to forget in another 30 days or so) Makes some new year financial goal, just to make himself/herself happy but thinks somewhere in bottom of heart that this may not be achieved.
Making goal and writing new year resolution on a piece of paper is just waste of time if he/she never plan and act accordingly. Goal and resolution, without plan would be remembered by them only to carry forward on next new year eve.

Second type of person, never makes any plans of new year resolution. Just goes for party and enjoy the night and never cares if it was 2011 or 2012.

And the Third  type of person, had something precious this year which he/she never want to lose. As the new year's Sun woke him/her next day to make him/her feel sad about last year loss. Goal can be re-written, new year resolution can be carried forward but the personal loss can never be recovered. They just want to hold on to the current year. Someone was there this year.
For them, new year may be waiting for great opportunity, it may make them happy, they may achieve that, they have been looking for years but the last day of the year and first day of the new year makes them sad. Someone said that: Time is the best healer!

To All kind of people, Wishing A Very Happy and Prosperous New Year 2012!

Life of a committed person!!

I'm committed since 14th October 2008. My marriage date was 19th January 2009. But still... It's been more than a year and I'm still single and committed... We took this decision not to get married for a year as some tragedy happened in my family. We were trying to come out of the trauma again another news shook us. The news was that her father has some serious illness.

Just after my engagement, me and my would be was living in same town. We used to meet every weekends. She use to come at my place every weekend and we was having great time together.. watching movie...cooking foods...going out to malls...parks.. cafe coffee days...just chocolate.. etc. And in weekdays on phone most of the times.

I had very good routine life before i got engaged... but once i was committed i am still struggling to follow a good routine life. of course she is not only only factor to ruin my routine. .. it was me too who helped myself to ruin my routine :-).

I have disconnected with my friends. One can imagine i am writing blog after a year. My routine has become like this:

wake up call in the morning :-)
getting ready for office
alert call... starting for office
alert call... reached office
work... work... work...
missing her... one call to say i miss you.
work work work
alert call.. It's time for lunch
a relax call.. after lunch
work .. work.. work...
alert call.. it's getting late.. go home...
work work work
one more relax call.. once reached home from office.
sometimes... meeting with my would be after office hours
Goodnight call... after dinner

This is my routine after i engaged.!

She is not there in town since Aug 08. I miss her too much. Still routine is like above mentioned only. some extra activity has been added like. when ever i reach home i start my photoshop program and do lots of editing, designing to her photos...and send them if they come out good :-)

That was my lighter side.. now the serious part:
Life does not run only with the above mentioned routine. In life when we do a deep dive in each others soul and when we see how life of your partner is?.. is she happy or sad? is she taking care of herself or not? is she happy with me or not? we tend to give whatever you have to make her life easier, happier etc.

If i think from her side... i know how sad she is with what all has happened to us post engagement. She could not enjoy much as her father has serious illness. She went home to take care of her father like a son. She even doing more than what a son can do. Also she need my support always... so i make a call always to make sure I'm there behind you where ever you go and whatever you do. I spend my time to make her happy when she is sad... I give her a ray of light when she starting thinking toward dark. She cant tell anyone what she feels what she thinks .. i need to smart enough to understand her...

And my part:
I need to start worrying about money, finance, home, and all basic necessity. Work hard so I'll get good salary. pressure to perform in office and tension how i can manage my life with little money. But of course money can not buy peace of mind... this is what she teaches me!

So you can understand how busy i would be after my engagement!

So my friends don't think i don't remember you... I do remember you too everyday... but only few seconds :-)

When you accept the truth.

Sometimes we ignore the truth and want to live in fantasy that is created by you in your thoughts. Knowingly you don't accept the truth as it may lead you to sadness. You try to make your heart and mind believe that things may change. Hoping for the things will change according to you! Of course it shows optimism but what if this optimism lead you nowhere or make you upset every now and then.

If you think you already know the truth or you believe it is true but actually it is not as you never try to know the truth. Why sometimes we prefer not to help ourself to know the truth.

Should you dare accept the truth and face the reality? Yes, but you have to be strong enough to face the wind of truth otherwise it may blow you off.

Few good lines from "The Alchemist"

  • When you really want something, the universe always conspires to help you achieve it. (This is my favorite)
  • We have to be prepared for change.
  • It's the possibility of having a dream come true that makes life interesting.
  • It's the simple things in life that are the most extraordinary; only wise men are able to understand.
  • Everything in life has its price.
  • We see the world in terms of what we would like to see happen and not what actually does.
  • You must always know what it is that you want.
  • Every blessing ignored becomes a curse.
  • Sometimes, there's just no way to hold back the river.
  • People need not fear the unknown if they are capable of achieving what they need and want.
  • When you can't go back, you have to worry only about the best way of moving forward, the rest is up to god.
  • If you can concentrate always on the present, you will be a happy man.
  • Fear of suffering is worse than the suffering itself.
  • All people who are happy have god within them.
  • One is loved because one is loved; there is no reason for loving.

What is trustworthiness?

"Everything from a good relationship with a customer to a good marriage is built on trust. Trust affects how we see the world, how safe we feel, and how we approach new people and situations. It affects whether we are willing to go the extra mile for a friend, relative, co-worker, or even someone we've never met but with whom we do business." "When trust levels are high, you feel relaxed and accepted; you can be yourself. When trust levels are low, you feel uncomfortable and on the defensive; you can't be yourself. Friends who trust one another can be themselves around each other and share their innermost thoughts and concerns. Co-workers with high levels of trust enjoy working and spending time together and tend to be more productive."

Ten ways to build trust in your personal and work relationships:
  • Keep it confidential
  • Keep your promises and follow through with commitments
  • Forgive and move on
  • Realize that trust is up to you
  • Trust people who are different from you
  • Tell the truth
  • Communicate openly and honestly
  • Be a good listener
  • Work at building trust when there is a problem
  • Learn to recognize whom to trust

Love and Expectation!

Love...! Expectations...! Is there any relation between love and expectation?

when it comes to a different kind of love i.e unconditional love, then there is no room for expectation. Is loving someone unconditionally easy! Unconditional love does not happen easily; one have to face lot of hurdle, pain, hurts, and lots more...but if you really love unconditionally, you will be happiest person in the world. Loving unconditionally means not expecting anything in return.

Can't a person, who loves, expect love in return? or he started expecting if he thinks so? Perhaps he is started expecting!

I just recalled a story. One day a person while walking on a road saw a Scorpio was lying in water and trying to come out to save his life but he couldn't. Then the person grabs the Scorpio in his hand and saved his life, he felt very happy that he saved life of a Scorpio. But you know what the person got in return; the Scorpio bite him. But he loves to help others and he did without expecting even love in return!

A feeling of being loved by some only makes a person happiest person in the world. Then why people don't love or they afraid of expressing love?

Can somebody help me to understand these things?

There is only race where people don't want to run fast... LIFE!

This is a truth. In any race we always try to run as fast as possible to win the race. But when it comes to life people tend to run slow! why?
People, in life, love person around him/her and want to spend more time with them, it is possible only when people will run slowly. They afraid of losing love and they love to lose race! But then this is the only race where people have to run whether they want or not.

Do you love or do you need?

Do you love this or do you need this? There's a difference.
When you love something, you're willing to let it go. If you need something, your attachment might be less healthy -- and maybe a little more compulsive.

How do you know if you really miss someone?

How do you know when you really miss someone? Is it when you wake up with a start and feel like she's been there all night watching you smile in your sleep? Or is it when you laugh all to yourself over something she said some months ago and still find it funny?
Or how you just can't seem to stop repeating how the way you met was all about coincidence, and how you would never change a thing about it? Or is it when you start to write about the person on your blog, and the words tumble and stall all at the same time?
I think when you are writing about her, she is there in your thoughts...remembering the past...finding her in future... and your face would be fluctuating with vivid expression... and you do not have any control over it.
Like now... :-) :-( :-o :D :))

IBM Induction meeting

I joined IBM on 11 September 2006, this date is better known as 9/11. Previously I was working in IBM only but not on direct payroll. I worked for IBM as a contractor for one year and 4 months.
On 11th I rushed to The Grand Ashoka for induction. Something was happening inside me...but good thing. I think it was joy to become an IBMer. I took a chair near the person who was checking our documents. From 9:30 to 2 PM we were busy with filling forms. uff! At 2 o'clock after lunch we rejuvenated our energy. Now it was time for HR learning team to teach us about IBM culture, process, value etc. In between she sometimes ask us to stand up and play some game. And after end of every game she used to simulate us with the working environments and values. But it was great fun. Before end of first day she gave us one task:
Create a team, name a team, create a logo for the team, compose a song for the team, choose a COC Leader and choose a Cheers leader. We created a team that has nine members. We quickly decided we'll keep some hindi name. And we all were agree for NAVRATNAs. I created a logo. Logo was like prism ans every corner of a prism has star and there was a start in center and all start were connected with each other. We composed song for our team "Hum honge kamyaab ek din ... ha ha pura hai vishwas man me hai vishwas" I was elected as a cheers leader and Anand was elected as Coc leader. We introduced our team to all other joinee. There were 77 person who joined IBM on that day. First day of induction meeting got over by 6 pm.
Next day we had to reach by 9 am at The Grand Ashoka. I reached at 8:59am. Again she asked us to discuss about IBM three values that we had read in the night. It went till 1 pm. After that again we played some blind game. We had been given a number and after that they made us blind by wrapping cloth around eyes. But before that they had given us some time to decide code and rules to make. and then we had to create a line in ascending order without talking to each other. It was a greatest fun we had there at induction meeting.

Very entertaining and informative induction meeting i had ever had attended before.

After two days induction program when i reached office i heard the following line almost from everybody:
Welcome to IBM!

Arunima

Funny, energetic and sensible, good at heart... but biased with whom she loves, but this is nature of any girl/woman. Try to do everything in her life given by God. But never curse him... An honest bhakt of God...! Where ever she goes she makes everyone happy. Whatever the situation she is into she makes a person happy. Few time she feels low...but when ever she feels low she does not talk to anyone...sits quietly...tries to get solution...calls friend if she is confused... An Egoless person! A Good listener...but depend upon mood! Listen things carefully when she does not have answer at the moment, otherwise she has answer for everything...!!!

I have spent around 8 years with her since my college. So i know what she feels at the moment. I remembered she was always there when i needed her. When ever i was sick she cooked for me and she took care of me. Together we have seen a lot of phase of life, when we are studying at home town, when we were studying thousands of kilometer far away, when we were struggling for job, when we got job, she is what she was. However i saw lot of small changes in her but finally end of the day it counts what you really are.

There are lot of good or bad moments i remember. I remember one incident when i was terribly sick and she came to my flat to take care of me. she prepared food for a good numbers of day. She took care of every things. If i did not eat anything she acted like mom! when ever i felt low she acted like friend.

Will write more later...

What my heart feels abt myself, abt my frnds

Earlier I used to write the things happens to me on daily basis ... as time goes I made myself too busy to write. Again today morning i felt like resuming what I had stopped. Only difference is that earlier I used to write on paper with pen and I was the only person to read that. Now I’ll be writing and publishing on this blog so my friends loved ones can know what I feel and what I think about them... There are lot of things to share...

A Journey to meet God

It was friday evening September 1, 2006. When most of the professional heading toward malls, pubs... me, one of my friend Pravin, my parents, my brother and sister-in-law were heading toward bus stop. We were going to Tirupati. I hope everyone is aware about Tirupati. As soon as we entered to Volvo bus we felt very cold and everyone came into action, wearing jacket and cap. Bus started around 9:30 PM. It was night so we all were sleeping during entire journey. Next day at 4:45 AM we reached Tirupati. We got down from bus and rushed toward ticket counter for booking ticket for special darsan of God. Ticket was available for the same day in the evening. We thought we'll be getting same day ticket. But God asked us to wait one day. Ofcourse there was a big queue. We all six person stood in line and waiting for our turn. We spent one and half hour in the queue before we got to know that there is a link failure. Then they ask us to go to another building that is aroung 200 meters from the bus stop, where they arrenged for booking ticket. We all started running toward the building. Ah! we got to see another big queue. Then we learnt from Pravin that there is another booking counter that is near the first mountain. The God is on seventh hill. This time we hire an auti rickshaw. Again we spent some one and half hour before we got ticket for special Darsan. Cost of ticket was Rupees 50.

Now we had ticket and one day in our hand. Feeling relax and good. Now it was time to treat ourself. We spent some one hour there having breakfast and discussing about the God and how to cover rest of the journey. After a long discussion everyone including my mom got ready.
We then started walking to conquer seven mountains. We had to keep our luggage to dispatch so we ( me, papa, bhaiya and pravin) waited to surrender our luggage. Meanwhile my mom and bhabhi didnt stop for us and started walking toward the temple thinking we will catch them somewhere in the middle of journey. Knowing this we asked papa to be with them. After finishing with our luggage we started walking toward the temple. We walked some meters and realized we have lost mom and babhi somewhere. Me and pravin ran to catch them. Bhaiya had some problem in his leg so he was coming slowly. After few kilometers we found Papa and mummy but even they had lost bhabhi. We stopped bhaiya to come. Again we started walking toward the destination thinking bhabhi would have walked fast and we will meet her after sometime. We walked some kilometers and still....no sign....mummy and papa was angry...and frigtended too... we all started getting ideas...!! Then me and pravin started running toward the temple in order to search bhabhi. Even we ran for some 2-3 kilometeres we couldnt find her. We visited some small temple in between and pray to god for her safety. Finally we met her after sometime and told her about our thinking and ideas abt her. We waited for papa, mummy and bhaiya to come. They reached and bhaiya told some word, certainly not a lovely word, and bhabhi became sad.

continue.....
